For me, this is a stage by stage journey, made more sweet with this effective book. I love the easy to read style, large enough font and clear methods described so personally that it doesn’t feel like I am being told what to do!!! I love it, and love throwing my not needed papers away!🥰🤣🙌 Freedom!

This is a great book. I resisted the process described as I felt my way worked, but this method is so much more effective than I could imagine. I am surrounded by things that bring me joy. It is so uplifting!
